OH MY GOD HEATH LEDGER NO...

    I had barely woken up when I heard the news. You've already heard about it. Heath Ledger died yesterday in NY allegedly from an overdose of prescription drugs (or a possible suicide). He was 28. Everything about it is in the NYT article (HERE), and links to the important sites that talked about it are in BuzzFeed (HERE).

    I've had my mouth opened for like 10 minutes. Who would've seen that coming? They were making bets about Amy Winehouse but not about the brilliant actor who starred in one of the movies of the decade Brokeback Mountain. Maybe that was kind of tasteless. As you know he was chosen to be The Joker in the next Batman movie, and if you're curious he did end the filming so we'll see his whole performance when it's released in a few months. Am I the only one thinking of The Crow? Jesus, this is so unbelievable. People die all the time and it's always as dramatic, but this is different because we can watch videos of him like the following one in which you see how young and... breathing he is, was.
